Hi. I’m Ejay. Thanks for visiting Starry Secrets.
Why starry secrets? What’s the secret behind the name? No pun intended.
I’ve always loved radio shows where hosts talk about love, life, and dating, often interacting with their audience through letters and calls. They feel intimate, entertaining, and comforting. I’ve long dreamed of creating something similar.
I’m also a big fan of Korean entertainment. One of my favorite singers, Lee Moon Sae, hosted a famous radio show in Korea called Starry Night in the early 90s. I thought Starry Secrets is probably too common, especially considering it’s literally the name of one of the most famous paintings in the world. But then, out of nowhere, the word Secrets came to mind.
To me, “starry” represents the vast universe, and “secrets” represents the mysteries of life I want to explore. So, Starry Secrets became the name. It’s very simple, but very meaningful to me.
What to expect
Starry Secrets exists as a space without strict limits. You might find poem and quotes, short stories and reflections, personal thoughts and feelings, and a bi-weekly book recommendation.
I want to stay open to whatever feels true in the moment. Whatever I do share, feel free to comment on or interact with however you please.

I won’t remain completely anonymous, but I do want to leave some things unsaid. As I write, you’ll likely learn more about me through what I share. And if you ask, I will respond (within reason).
